1) By visiting our show-room in Hong Kong:

Ask for Ash or Luke Samtani who will personally assist you to:

• Select from our latest and exceptionally complete range of fabrics from England, Italy, France, Germany, Japan etc. from famous mills as Dormeuil, Scabal, Fentes, Valentino, Holland & Sherry, Zegna and many more.
  
  

• Choose the appropriate style and cut to suit your preferences and fabric(s) of your choice for suits, blazers, slacks and shirts.

• Take the appropriate measurements in order to start building your custom hand-tailored garments.
  
  
• Schedule Fittings. Depending on your stay in Hong Kong, you will be given two to four fittings before the completion of your outfit(s). After the final fitting, you may then enjoy the comfort and elegance of your custom-tailored clothing. Please note your paper pattern will be stored into our database for future orders, as we look forward to seeing to your tailoring needs for years to come.

2) If You Have Ordered From Us Before:

We keep a personal record of each and every one of our clients containing information pertaining to their measurements, fabric and style preferences, etc. as well as a paper pattern of whatever they have ordered previously.

You can contact us by fax [ (852) 2367-7598] or by e-mail, giving details of what kind of fabric and style you are looking for. Also, please mention your preference of shades and patterns. We will then send you our latest and comprehensive range of swatches for your consideration.

3) By Making An Appointment with Luke Samtani during his overseas visits:

After having ordered from us, you will be put on our exclusive mailing list and you will receive an itinerary with details to make appointments with Luke Samtani during his overseas visits to the United States and Canada every Spring and Fall to a city near you. Luke sets up shop at major hotels to personally present our complete line of fine quality and reasonably priced materials and fashions for ladies and gentlemen's apparel.
We are confidently proud that this personalized service enables you to purchase additions to your wardrobe in a careful, selective and economic manner. Our success in this method of merchandizing is reflected by an ever expanding list of valued customers and friends.

All of this has been accomplished through you, our satisfied clients. We do not engage in unsolicited or open advertising. As we rely solely on your recommendations for new clientele, we are most appreciative when you recommend and introduce your family and friends to us when we visit your city. 4) If you have not used our services before and are unable to visit our showroom:

You can still order by sending us a suit, jacket, slacks or shirt that fits you well for our expert craftsmen to copy to your specifications. Be sure to let us know if you need any changes to be made in size or style from your sample. We would also send you a measurement chart to fill in the necessary information for our reference.
